Fortiva refuses to close the account that was created using stolen personal data. A letter was submitted to Fortiva on -/-/2016 with the opening of the investigation by my local police precinct. An account was open at both - and -, and were immediately closed on notification by - and the other - credit reporting agencies. Fortiva has refused to close the $20000.00 credit line.
