Citibank Credit card department,
Credit card protection / Debt protection North Carolina
I 've had a Best Buy credit card for years and when ever I have a balance I get charged a " debt protection " fee I 've tried calling the phone number next to the charge that shows on the card and the tell me they are going to cancel but nothing has happened. I never signed up for that and Best Buy told me they ca n't do n't anything about that charge. Even though the credit card company Best Buy uses has changed and my card is different then what i had when I first opened the account how am I still being charged? And get no help? I wAnt it cancelled and possibly my money back because it 's not helping me pay off my balance
