Ally reviewed my account and adjusted the amount they claim I owed them. I paid the amount off in full the next month to end this issue with -. The agreed to have this claim removed from my credit report. - credit companies are still showing my account as a charge off even thou I did pay the adjusted amount off in full. I 'm trying to refinance my mortgage and Equifax and - - have my score so low because off this claim with - and I ca n't refinance my house. I still dispute I owed - any money and only agreed to pay off the adjusted amount so my credit scores would be fixed so I could refinance my house loan. -, at - agreed to have my fix my credit scores after I paid the account off in full after the amount was adjusted. I 've never missed a payment in my entire life and have always paid my bills on time or early my whole life. 2 months after paying off -, I still ca n't refinance my loan because of bad credit scores.
