I made a payment to payoff - loan from FED Loan Servicing. The date the loan payment was disbursed -/-/2013. On - when I made the payment the balance was $810.00. When I logged in on - -, I have a balance of $14.00. The operator gave me some explanation that did not make sense. I want a check refunded to me in the amount of $14.00 that I made again today.
