Citibank Credit card department,
I had some difficulty with Bloomingdale 's online application and became past due. Someone called me and asked if I wanted to make the past due payment, to which I said yes, and authorized a payment of around $200.00. They charged my bank account the full balance of my card, around $3700.00. I did not authorize the payment for that amount. I called their support desk, and was told that I needed to fax in a copy of my bank statement, and that processing would take up to 14 days. I do not have a fax machine, nor do I have 14 days. I can not pay rent or car payments on my credit cards, and now I am trying to figure out how to come up with the money for both.
