Incorrect information on credit report Public record Ohio

Equifax has failed to provide me with documents bearing my signature for a chapter - bankruptcy which is shown on my credit report. I have initiated - good will letters and they still have failed to provide me with documentation with my signature. Under FCRA law they must remove it from my credit report.
