Pursuant to FCRA Section 611 ( a ) ( B ) ( ii ), Equifax is required by law to inform me within 5 days reinsertion that they are adding anything back to my report. On - I obtained a copy of my credit report via - -. Said report showed that Equifax deleted - from my credit report. On -, I obtained a copy of my credit report and said deleted account was REINSERTED on my credit report. This reinsertion dropped my credit score! Equifax failed to notify me pursuant to FCRA Section 611 ( a ) ( B ) ( ii ) ; therefore, they have broken the law.
