- fraudulently billed me for procedures that were not performed, agreed to by myself, or authorized by the -. While we have demonstrated that we payed the quoted price for the procedure, - committed an anticipatory breech in this billing. After multiple attempts to bully us into payment, they have once again submitted this to another collection effort, a year after our last settlement of issues. This is causing us stress, time, money and unnecessary distraction.
