I was trying to co-sign on a loan with my son. The bank loan officer said my credit was bad because of a debt collection from The Rose Agency. The debt was apparently from - -. When I call - - they have no account for me. When I call The Rose Agency they say they have tried to get confirmation from - - - times. No one answers their requests. Neither company will do anything to take care of the matter. The Rose Agency person hung up the phone on me. My husbands account was absolved and that is the only communication that I have. No bills from either company. I finally got some information from the Rose Agency but - - did n't have any information. The Rose Agency says I have a bill from -/-/2011 and that I had - Service for 3 months with an early termination. Also they say no payment was ever made. After five phone calls they gave me more information. An account number, a telephone number that I had at that time, which was - and an amount owed of $500.00. - could not find any of this information. Why does The Rose Agency have this information and not - -?
