Rash and Curtis has not replied to my letter requesting validation of debt which was received via certified mail on - -/-/2016 and continues to be reported on my credit report. Rash Curtis and Associates have violated federal law, but also failed to provide me with a copy of any viable evidence, bearing my signature, showing the account is being reported accurately.
