Regarding Citi - credit card account. Citi - card was cancelled by Citi on -/-/2016 citing concerns about payment. The letter did not explain the detail of concern leading to the cancellation. Prior to cancellation of the account spending requirement was met for - status in -/-/2016. Prior to cancellation spending requirement to earn free weekend night in -/-/2016 was met. None of these benefits were delivered prior to the account closing. In addition cancellation has also negated any benefit provided under the annual fee. The legitimate use of citi 's credit services that qualified these rewards can be substantiated.
