Closing/Cancelling account Michigan

I was informed of a U.S. Bank fraudulent charge account ( ALLEGEDLY ) initiated by my wife, after - on - -, -. I closed a U.S. Bank charge card account back on -/-/- due to the incredibly poor handling of a fraud issue. U.S. Bank was informed in writing, " DO NOT EVER SEND ANOTHER CARD TO THIS ADDRESS. '' Apparently they did and my deceased wife has been using it on her own. U. S. Bank was immediately informed of this discovery by " ME '' shortly after her death.


I have been in too many discussions to count with U.S. Bank fraud department employees all to no avail. U.S. Bank was informed of the discovery of a forgery kit utilized by my deceased wife. U.S. bank has been informed of everything all to no avail. U.S. Bank continues to send statements every month even though they are fully aware this is an issue " UNDER CLEAR DISPUTE. '' As a result of their ineptness, I have turned this issue over to my attorney, - - - attorney and counselor at Law. - - - -. He has sent them a document with my signature authorizing him to act on my behalf all to no avail. He has sent them letters and tried to call them all to no avail. In closing, I have never seen or used a charge card from U.S. Bank after -/-/-. I want the information that was fraudulently applied to my credit report by U.S. Bank removed.
