Citibank Credit card department,
I spoke to best buy credit card services. I always set up payment arrangement and tell them my financial problems. I 'm current on this account until next month. They closed my account and said they have a problem with me. The customer service representative i spoke to was so rude and told me that if i paid my account on time and not be like the rest of the world ; my account would n't be closed. I told him i wanted to speak to a supervisor and he hung up. This company is very rude. Well Citi Bank is who lends to Best Buy.
