On - - I applied for and opened Travel Rewards ending with - using online application : which stated : https : //www.wellsfargo.com- - points on gas, grocery, drugstore net purchases for 6 months, - points on virtually all other net purchases- - enjoy 5 years to use the points you earn '' However, the stated offer had been never applied to my card. I opened the research request with Wells Fargo, but I had denied - - for the reason : " If you or any joint applicant currently have an open credit card account or a closed credit card account with a balance issued by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., you will not be eligible for the above introductory APR ( s ) and fees or the bonus rewards offers described below if your existing card has been open less than 16 months. '' However, such a warning was not present in the terms and conditions and was not presented during the application


I closed my card on - - our of frustration. Therefore I request the card ending with - to be reinstated with full 6 moths promotional period attached starting with the reinstatement date. Thanks You - -
