On -/-/2016, I pulled my credit report from - -. I noticed that Equifax had deleted the - credit card from my credit report. I have attached a copy of that documentation. In pulling my credit report today ( -/-/2016 ), you will see that Equifax has reinserted this credit card. See attached.
