Equifax Credit reporting department,

Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Colorado

When I go online for the Free annual credit report, the security questions provided by Equifax do not apply. In other words, the selections they give does not apply to my history and I choose the answer NONE APPLY. This happens every time I try to get my annual credit report. It is too much of a hassle to go get a copy of my drivers license, pay for a stamp and drop off the post office when I 'm in a rural area. I should not have to keep going through this when I am entitled to my annual free credit report.
