Barclays PLC Credit card department,
I was redeeming rewards points for airline tickets under - program and I was charged a $150.00 fee for booking this travel within 21 days of the flight. At no time during the booking of the flight was I notified that there would be a charge for booking. I contacted them and they informed me that there was nothing they could do and if I failed to pay the charge they would report it on my credit report. I was also billed an additional $22.00 for this transaction that was disclosed and agreed to.
