U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
I have a US Bank CashPlus visa credit card which explicitly advertised - % cashback on Department Stores. They even list - as a merchant. I have with success purchased at - online and received - % in the past, but all of a sudden last quarter my $2000.00 quarterly online purchase at -, where I went to -, checked out at -, only received - % cashback. They claimed it coded as " business purchases '' and would only receive - % cashback. This seems like the height of bait and switch, to open list a very well known department store in the list of accepted merchants and yet claim purchases directly from that merchant 's own website somehow does not get - % cash back. And to not even do the courtesy of a manual credit is false advertising.
