Unsolicited issuance of credit card California
My issue is found with - -, a subside of - - and a wrongful attempt at collecting a debt that I am not responsible for. Firstly, the work was unfinished and shoddy but the largest issue is in the amount pursued being placed on a credit card that was never received. I could not approve the amount of the final transaction due to my inability to sign off on the card itself. It was ran without my approval resulting in fraud and a sizable amount of damage to my credit history.
