Made a payment of $13.00 to the Citi Bank Card on -/-/16 ( Have a monthly $13.00 payment due every month from a recurring charge ) - -/-/16 got a late payment fee of $13.00 and a $0.00 finance charge fee for a late payment. I never got the statement and put my account as a late payment. They would n't credit my account because they said that they credit my account last -. Please investigate how often the statements get lost in the mail. I never got the statement. I pay my balance in full very single month. Why would I have a $13.00 late fee on a $13.00 charge? Also, wanted to make a payment of $50.00 to them. so, I will not need to think about making the $13.00 payment and just pay 3 months in advance. And they cant take payment higher than 7 %. I never got the statement.
