Barclays PLC Credit card department,
I reported irregularities in interest charges and incorrect " payments received '' that Barclay labeled as " Purchases '' to the credit card company 2 months ago, as a result of seeing an error on my - -, 2016 billing statement. This tatemet erroneously states I made over $1000.00 in purchases but does not show vendor. It also shows Barclay removing - my payments made back in - citing " the funds did n't go through ''. I notified my back -, called a Barclay representative to conduct a 3way call on 3 different occasions to verify the validity of all my payments made and I am still being incorrectly charged, interest is being erroneously accrued, and all my statement balances from - to present are incorrect. Please help me. I have the proof and Barclay is conducting illegal credit practices.
