There has been an issue with my Citibank account that I 've had with them for 3 months. I was mailed this offer by them that clearly stated that there was 0 % Intro APR for 18 months on balance transfers and purchases, however, I 've been charged interest on the card for my purchases, when it, again, clearly states that I was to not be charged interest for 18 months. When I called them, I was told that no interest was only for balance transfers and not his purchases, and AGAIN, the mail that I was sent by them STATES " 0 % INTRO APR FOR 18 MONTHS on balance transfers and purchases ''. I was then transferred to a supervisor who was literally no help at all, and who had the audacity to telle that in order to fix THEIR problem, I needed to mail in the letter that THEY sent. I 'm not really sure how that even makes sense, considering this was an offer they mailed out, not something that I made up. I got so fed up with this nonsense that I ended up paying $2200.00, along with another - something dollars in interest which he did n't even have to pay for another 18 months, and closing my account with them. This was incredibly fraudulent of them. They are practicing false advertisement.
