I filed for bankruptcy and it was resolved -/-/2016. Citi Mortgage refuses to take my name off of the house. I called and spoke with several people pertaining to this matter and was given the run around. Several of the employees refused to give me Citi Mortgage bank information so I may contact them and have my name taken off the property. I 've called them several times to let them know that the house was surrendered back to Citi Mortgage. -/-/2016 I spoke with - who told me the foreclosure processes for my house should be over within 5 months ( -/-/2016 ) and that 's not happened. I 'm still receiving letters from Citi Mortgage with information that I did not request. What I request they refused to give me. They refused to help me with anything I asked for.
