I purchased shirts and hats for my business. The company charged my credit card several times for different amounts. When I received the merchandise it was not what I had ordered. When I contacted the merchant they advised me to return the merchandise. When the merchandise was returned to the merchant they refused it and I had to pay to have it shipped back to me. When I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges, they issued a provisional credit. I filled out all documents they requested and provided all the information I could to them. On -/-/2016 they reversed the provisional credit. I have had this particular credit card for several years and have a stellar payment history. They are not protecting their customer by reversing the credits.
