I am a victim of fraud by Wells Fargo Bank. My account ending in - was supposed to be a Saving account and then it was turned to a credit card. The representative told me that it would be treated as a Saving Account. Instead I received a Master Card in the mail with a 15 percent APR. After reviewing the recent scandal with accounts, I am too a victim of fraud. My APR is now 25 percent and this is not what I initially was informed my $5000.00 would be used for. I would like to be included in any lawsuit pending against Wells Fargo and I have closed this account. Additionally, Wells Fargo reps have violated Fair Credit and Reporting Law by negatively reporting this account late even though I disputed the debt. Additionally, they continued to contact me after I repeatedly told them not to contact me by telephone after reps were rude and disrespectful. I want this account off my credit report.
