I signed up with Experian Credit tracker ( phone number - ) on a trial basis thru an ad. They took - a month from my checking account for 9 months without my knowledge. There ad and the way it is presented is misleading and I received nothing to let me know the money was being withdrawn monthly. I noticed it when doing a general review of my account. I telephoned they cancelled the service but of course refused to refund any money. There business practice is deceitful and manipulative. They pretend to service a customer need when in reality set the customer up for recurring monthly charges for a service not used and not aware of.
