Experian Credit Reporting Complaint

Credit reporting company's investigation Inadequate help over the phone New York

I have tried numerous time disputing hard inquiries with Experian. I did not apply for a job nor was I granted credit with these people and I want them removed. I have sent certified letters to both creditors and Experian with no response. Some were Return To Sender. Experian refuses to delete them from my file.
