Atlanticus Services Corporation Credit card department,
Emerge Credit Card has been charging me 29.99 % interest on a card I not used for over six years. I voluntarily closed the account and have only been paying on the balance owed. However, it seems to only have decreased by about $2000.00 on the principal over those six years. I need to get them off my back. I am - veteran on set income. Please help.
