I have - Prepaid Cards issued through Citi Bank from -. I have filed - claims because money was not refunded on my card. I have sent documentation in 3 times. The money has not been refunded on my card and I have been going through this since the end of -. They just sent me another letter wanting me to submit the same information that I already have. I want this issue fixed immediately.
