After a year of on-time and high value payments on my account. I made a $ - payment to my - credit limit to provide a positive improvement to my credit profile and the bank immediately withdrew my credit limit of the - and lowered my limit to $ - almost instantaneously. This is an ongoing issue that many customers continue to experience with Synchrony Bank which as a result has provided a major negative impact on my credit profile. These activities are malicious in nature and result in sever and negative reports on our credit profiles. I called to understand why this happened and while 90 % of the representatives were off shore, everyone said it is a computerized decision and no credit team can be contacted or reached to further understand this negative action against my credit. I am completely left powerless against this agency and my credit is now further negative impacted by their actions.
