In a matter of months, my FICO - Score reported by Experian fell from - down to -. The only - transactions in that time were paying off - auto loans, replacing them with a single $12000.00 loan on a new $35000.00 car, and re-closing a - Credit Card I had closed three years ago that - left open. I have NEVER missed or been late on any payment in 50 years over - of loans. I still have a no-limit - - card that I opened in - that I pay off every month. I still have a - - I opened in -. I have a $ - mortgage on a $ - house against a $ - annual income. I have no other debt. I " joined '' Experian and received my Credit Report dated -/-/- with nothing but Green on every single entry for - loans listed that go back 44 years showing " Never Negative '', 11 years average account age and 44 years for the oldest account. I spent HOURS on the phone with Experian ( mostly on hold ), being bounced from department to department but NOBODY could explain why my Score crashed - POINTS for no reason.
