I have been for long, a customer of US Bank with all kinds of accounts with them, like Home Loan, Credit Card, Checking, Saving Accounts. I am a very good borrower, my credit score is a testimony to the same, stands - Bank has recently charged me a membership fee in - 2016 that was due - -, 2016. No note with regards to the fee or the due date or past due status, was sent to me or my address. But they promptly reported it to the credit bureaus and it dinged my excellent credit score - very badly and left me in despair. There was no intimation with regards to the same, to my home address or even a courtesy call. I have requested for canceling the paperless statements in the past and it never got reflected in my accounts. I will therefore request US Bank to remove any reports to the credit bureaus, of delinquency on my credit card account and help its loyal customers build their credit.
