U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,
APR or interest rate California
We are lodging a complain against US Bank. My husband is an - - service member with the -, -. We opened our US Bank credit card in - of -. I, the spouse, am the primary card holder. As such, US bank is denying us SCRA benefits unless I provide a court order stating I am financially dependent on my spouse. When we obtained my husband 's credit report, US Bank shows on his report, proving that he is a guarantor on the card and not just an authorized user. In - of -, we received a letter asking for a court order stating I am financially dependent on my husband before they would give us SCRA benefits. In response, I sent in our - tax statement proving that I earn no paycheck as I am a stay at home mother. They sent the same denial letter in - of - and we brought this to the attention of a military attorney, who wrote a letter on our behalf explaining that we are, indeed, entitled to SCRA benefits. At this time, we are awaiting response from US Bank.
