Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
Every time I am trying to login to my account to make a payment the system does not let me do that. It does not let me to reset my password. When I call customer service they tell me to try again in 30 minutes. I know I am entering the correct credentials, because I store them in my own password database. This is a very bad practice of forcing customers to be late with the payment and charge them late payment fees!
