Conventional adjustable mortgage (ARM) Loan servicing, payments, escrow account
Wells Fargo & Company Mortgage department,
Conventional adjustable mortgage (ARM) Loan servicing, payments, escrow account California
Several years ago, perhaps four years, I noticed the account balance of my mortgage balance had dropped significantly by approximately $40000.00, There was no explanation in my account statement for this. At that time, I thought perhaps my mortgage account had been credited back for inappropriate charges, fees, and negative amortization payments. Wells Fargo employees that I spoke with her baffled, and could not offer an explanation for this account balance fluctuation. After several months, my mortage loan balance increased again.
