Savings account Making/receiving payments, sending money Florida
On - - 2016 a double payment has been made on my personal loan by mistake, I made a payment from my saving account to my personal loan and an ACH was processed ; I could n't afford to process both and I called the bank to requested a refund of - of the - payments. As a result of my request the bank processed multiple unauthorized transactions moving money back and forth from my saving account and my personal loan. After a few days I checked my online banking and a big red flag showed on the screen indicating a 41 days past due payment due of more than - - dollars, and this late payment was already reported to the credit agencies for no reasons. After a series of phone calls and speaking with bank employees who had no idea on what to do finally I got connected with and executive office employee who at least was able to understand the problem and seemed to be able to do something about it ; as a result I received a letter from the bank saying that they made a mistake and would communicate it to the credit agencies to clear my credit report and the case would be closed. On the - of - I checked my online bank and my saving account was short the amount of $810.00, the bank withdrew the money without giving me notice or advice and without my authorization, without explanation. After multiple phone calls and email to the same executive office employee the explanation given to me was that nobody could understand why the money was withdrawn and most important where it went. After almost a month I received a senseless letter containing information that once more does n't explain to me why they took the money, it does n't report the right information about my account and it is an insult of my intelligence personally and as a client.
