Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Arkansas

I had an account opened at - without my knowledge. My identity was stolen several times by unknown persons. There have been several ID complaints files with FTC. So I had to file bankruptcy because of the theft. I contacted ChexSystems about accounts at - to be removed from file an the refused to remove. These accounts were discharged in a chapter - -/-/2013. They want remove because bankruptcy was filed before they were reported to them. Well quite natural the accounts were closed way before they got reported.
