I 've dispute - aka - for years and they have ruined my life for years when the account is not right. I try to submit the letter where it should be removed and they say the file is too big. They do everything they can to harm individuals. Additionally, they report an extra address that 's not mine and refuse to remove it. I live at - - - - - -, they have a second address as - - - - - - that 's a typo and all these extra, incorrect addresses hurt my report, yet they do n't care one bit. I 'm a single mom and they 've destroyed my credit for years claiming they investigated, yet your records will show every time I actually investigate myself, it 's removed. I 'm a single mom and this has been my nightmare. This company does n't care.
