Citibank Credit card department,
I had a account conversion from the Citi Advantage to the Citi Double Cash Card. I was told to call in at the year mark to have it converted because earlier it could not be done. I was told the $95.00 would be credited in full and instead I received $79.00. I called and got the run-around from an agent. I called back again and got a passive-aggressive agent that would not let me get a word in. Bottom line here she said I was going to receive an additional $22.00 and today I received an e-mail that reads I am receiving $15.00. Want to know why I am lied to?!? And there is a credit amount for - $78.00 sitting on my account and Citi has not mailed a check.
