Citibank Credit card department,
Citibank is incorrectly reporting a 30 day late payment when the payment in question was received only 8 days past the due date. The payment was not received within their billing cycles, which is why they see it as being appropriate to report 30 days late. I have included the original dispute letters sent via certified mail to Citi 's dispute center along with payment and statement history. I am working hard to improve my credit and this was an undeserved set-back. Sincerely, - -
