Closing/Cancelling account New Jersey
Client died -/-/2015. Credit Card from Elan Financial Services is informed of his death by widow. Elan continues to send bills and adds additional charges. Widow pays bill and Elan Financial continues to add new charges. Again contacted by widow and Elan Representative confirms the cardholder is deceased in their system. Assures her all will be handled. It was not. I contacted Elan Financial -/-/-, was assured of the same and it again has not been resolved.
