I applied online for the Citi Prestige credit card on -/-/2016 using a link on the Citi website that offered - Thank You Points for spending $3000.00 in the first 3 months after account opening. I was approved on -/-/2016. I was incentivized to apply because of the generous bonus offer and would not have applied otherwise. I spoke with a Citi Representative on -/-/2016 who confirmed my approval and the terms of the - bonus offer. I have since satisfied the offer requirements, but have been awarded only - Thank You Points. Citi now denies that there was ever a - Thank You Points offer available on -/-/2016. This is a flat out lie. Although I can not provide evidence of the - offer web page because Citi has since removed it, any - search for such an offer will confirm that what I am asserting is true. In fact, the Citi - point offer was available until -/-/2016. Citi engaged in bait and switch. It is unacceptable for Citi to continue to defraud its customers. I demand that I receive the points I am entitled to, the points that I was led by Citi to believe I would receive, and the points that incentivized me to acquire the card and complete the spending requirements to Citi 's benefit. I will not let this go.
