This complaint is against - - - -, -. - -, - T- - operating as Fidelity Investments and their credit card issuer ELAN FINANCIAL SERVICES. Background : - 2016 Fidelity switched credit card providers from - - card to - managed by Elan Financial services. - -, 2016 - Cancelled a prepaid - rental car for $230.00 and received cancellation confirmation # -. - confirmed that credit was issues to the credit card company. After several attempts to resolve, Elan representative recommend that I open a dispute to resolve the issue. Claim # -.
Received request from Elan to submit a copy of the cancellation. Mailed to Elan on - -, 2016. - 2016 Provisional credit was removed by Elan. The response I received from the Elan dispute team was that the cancellation confirmation paper work was not received. Re-sent a copy of the cancellation paperwork on -/-/2016 On -/-/2016 received another request for paperwork. Third copy was sent on - I have made at least ten calls into Fidelity and Elan to try to resolve this issue without success. It is being managed by - with the Disputes team, although follow-up has not been forthcoming. It should be noted that I closed my accounts with Fidelity in - and - 2016 because the company no longer allowed independent financial advisors to manage investment accounts. Also, this was an account in good standing for the entire duration of the relationship with Fidelity.
