Credit reporting company's investigation Inadequate help over the phone Texas

I called Experian on -/-/2016 and spoke with - regarding the results from the reinvestigation of my credit report. He asked for me to verify my private information and afterwards asked me how me could help me. I told him that I did not agree with the investigation results pertaining to the account - - that was showing as updated on my credit report. I asked - to tell me how the account was verified, because I have the right to know. - informed me that he did not know specifically what method was used, and if he did know ; he did n't have to share that information with me, because that is confidential information between Experian and the original creditor. He stated that the original creditor is the paying customer that furnishes the information on my report ; so they are the only ones who could gain records or make any changes in regards to information pertaining to my credit file. At that point ; I was so distraught and I became very upset. I told him that according to the FCRA, I have the right to know and by law I am entitled to receive that information


is violating my consumer rights, and I demand to speak with his supervisor immediately. He told me that he will transfer me to - - to further assist me. At that point he made disconnected my call completely. I immediately called back for assistance, and after my information was verified ; I was directly routed to - - who was unavailable to assist me. I have to say that I have been violated in the worst way when it comes to my consumer rights and being treated fairly. I am so hurt ; literally in tears as I write this, because I have rights, and he treated me as if I was scum on the bottom of his shoe. He treated me as though my demands or request did not matter. I want this report completely removed from my account, and this employee should be fired for treating law abiding citizens like this.
