Based off the fact that Experian has yet to forward any documents to me, show me any proof the fact that I have reached out to them on several occasions with proof from the creditor they are clearly in violation of Section 611 ( 5 ) ( A ). I have contacted Experian and spoke with - and she stated that they are unable to use the information that clearly show - investigated my dispute and is unable to substantiate - show to be true, give substance to, support, uphold, bear out, justify the debt. She also, stated that they reached out to - and they just stated that it should remain. This is not an investigation on Experian part. The Federal case law states that, Consumer Reporting Agencies bear grave responsibilities to ensure the accuracy of the accounts they report on and their responsibility must consist of something more than merely parroting information received from other sources. That 's all Experian has been doing the past couple of months and it is against the law and clearly in violation of - Account Name : - - - Account Number : -
