U.S. Bancorp Credit card department,

False advertising to get consumers to sign up for credit card. The Fidelity Visa card advertises that it gives you - points for every dollar you spend and that you can claim it as gift card, statement credit, etc. However, if you want to actually use it as a statement credit, you wo n't get - points for every dollar spent. I have the documentation if required.
