Unsolicited issuance of credit card California

On - -, 2016, I received unsolicited credit cards in the names of my husband ( - - - and myself ( - - - -. NOT an application, but - actual credit cards. The envelope included NO information as to terms ( interest rate, annual fee, etc. ), just the - cards. I have my vehicle loan through Wells Fargo, and also investments with Wells Fargo. However, I carefully went through my credit files and I have NEVER had, nor requested, a Wells Fargo Credit card. I emphasize that I received these cards well after the fraudulent actions of Wells Fargo came to light. Thank you.
