My bank paid out $5000.00 to someone that I do not write my check for without contact me. I do not have $5000.00 in the account. The bank left my account in negative of $1300.00. I contacted the bank when I found out, I filed police report. I called the bank several time. The case has been over 40 days the bank is not resolving the case.
