Citibank Credit card department,
I intended to pay of CITI CREDIT COSTCO in full so a check, along with the statement, for the amount of - was sent on -/-/2016 to cover the full balance. The check was received by CITIBANK and cashed but the bank has been unable to process it appropriately and post it on my account. Since -/-/2016, my calls, faxes, and email to the customer services have been worthless and without result. The main issue here is that my money is being held for no reason ; and at the same time late fees and interests still being charged. I do n't see how this issue is going to end since the customer service is not responding.
