Billing disputes Massachusetts
On -/-/- a supervisor, - -, claimed to listen to the call that I purportedly made on -/-/- and made the following comments : " ( Chase ) will not release the recordings, but ( I ) can subpoena them. '' -. This comment was made after I noted that both TILA and Regulation Z require all documentation used to make a decision regarding billing errors. On -/-/-, Chase wrote " we received your -/-/- letter.. However, the letter was insufficient. '' On -/-/- Chase now claims that the letter was " not sent to the proper address. '' -. The address to which the letter was sent is listed on a Chase website as a proper address. On -/-/- Chase wrote " we consider our position to be final and we will no longer respond regarding this matter. '' Chase is refusing in writing, to the CFPB, to comply with both TILA and Regulation Z by providing information they are required to provide.
